Update (10/31/23): The Quincy Ave north bound lane will be closed starting this morning with the goal of having one lane open by evening.
Beginning Monday October 30, 2023, Ottumwa Water Works will be repairing water service in the 1100 block of Quincy Ave. Traffic will be one lane both north and south. Work should last one week. Please use caution when driving in the work area.
